Care and Maintenanc
1, Should regularly check whether there are cracks in the solenoid enclosure.
If it is found that cracks should be welded in time.
2, Each class before use to check whether the normal connectors and cables
Found abnormal should be processed in a timely manner
3, The chain and a pin used for a long time, found that more than 10% wear should be replaced
4, After long-term use, the electromagnet is found to decrease the suction, and the DC resistance of the coil should be checked. If the rated value is not reached, the coil of the electromagnet should be replaced.
5, After long-term use, the insulation resistance of the electromagnet will drop
Please use 500V shake table to measure the thermal state of the electromagnet insulation resistance, should be more than 1M or more, or should be repaired in time
6, Magnet for many years after the use of magnetic pole ground. If the height of magnetic and non-magnetic plate h less than 10 mm, should replace the pole
